We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As our Park Operations & Facilities Maintenance Administrative Specialist, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our department. Your responsibilities will be intricate and technically complex, requiring strong critical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities.

As the Administrative Specialist, you will support our Park Operations & Facilities divisions by coordinating office operations and assisting with customer service, purchasing, and scheduling.

In this role, you will be joining a Parks and Recreation Department with a vision of protecting and enhancing the community’s quality of life by delivering exceptional services. Parks and Recreation embraces their mission to build community through people, parks, arts, recreation, and conservation.

This position is full-time from 7:00am – 3:30pm and might require some weekends and evenings.
