This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an operational role in a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy being a go-to resource for employee questions, bringing order to chaos, and want to be a part of building an exceptional employee experience, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a remote role supporting a globally distributed team, and reporting to the Head of People Operations.

  • You have strong process documentation skills

  • You have a startup mindset, willing to take on both routine work and new challenges to support the team

  • You are comfortable working with people systems and have experience (or interest in learning) tools like BambooHR, Sequoia, or Deel

  • You are willing to travel quarterly for orientations or offsites, which may be international

Bonus Points

  • You’re located near our Mountain View, CA office and are willing to go onsite as needed

  • You have experience coordinating events like team gatherings and offsites

  • You’ve helped build or maintain an internal knowledge base (e.g. Notion) to document and organize company resources

Perks & Benefits
We are a globally distributed company - 15 countries and counting! While our benefits offering varies from country to country, our goal is to provide competitive and comprehensive benefits to every member of our team, no matter where they live and work.
