We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a passion for driving the strategy and execution of new product offering for Brands and Selling Partners. In this role you will enjoy working with one of the richest data sets in the world, advanced technology, and multi-faceted programs. This Program Manager will own the strategizing, launching, and collaboration across Ops, program, product, tech and stakeholders to create a set of mechanisms and automated solutions. The role requires deep business understanding and leadership of the problem area and its operations to build the right innovative solution and scale it across multiple stores. The role is expected to work with legal, operations, program, product, tech, and business teams.

Brand Registry mission is to ensure that customers can make great purchasing decisions and that the world's most recognized Brands using Amazon are successfully listing and selling their products. Our teams design and build high performing software services that enable Brands the ability to enroll in Brand Registry, submit notice of intellectual property infringements, and maintain their brand data which lead to brands being able to enable both Intellectual Property protections and gain or provide access to selling benefits. We are looking for a Program Manager to join Brand Registry in the Brand Protection team to help us to continue to scale across our stores Worldwide.

This is a global role that will include interaction with Brands, operational teams, legal and stakeholders in United Stated and countries outside of the United States, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of global customers. Candidate should have experience working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities, while working to identify and lead key initiatives that launch and evolve the Data Governance program. The employee will own goals and provide report outs verbally and in writing on progress to legal and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses strong business judgment, ability to identify and mitigate risk, deep analytical thinking, is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment, and has worked collaboratively with others to develop, implement, and communicate business improvement and innovative strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and relationship-building skills are important attributes to succeed in this role.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
