Water System Service Technician / Installer
Donamarc Water Systems – Akron, OH (City of Green)
Full-time | $50,000 – $90,000 a year (based on experience)

Donamarc Water Systems, established in 1983 and based in Akron, Ohio, is a trusted leader in residential and commercial water systems. Our 40-person team specializes in everything from water well drilling and pump system installation to water treatment, bottled water and salt delivery, and EPA-regulated system operation.

We are actively hiring experienced Lead Service Technicians / Installers to join our growing service and installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service residential and commercial water treatment and pumping systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Preferred Experience (Not All Required):

  • Plumbing or mechanical experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Operating mini-excavators or skid steers
  • Welding or light fabrication
  • General construction or installation background

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)
  • Must comply with Ohio Drug-Free Workplace Program
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
