  • Collaboration: Work closely with the talent management team to highlight our creators' work, collaborate on cross-promotional opportunities, and amplify our talent's voice on our channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Whalar Talent in online discussions, webinars, and events, positioning the brand as a thought leader in the Creator Economy.
  • Collaborate with the larger Whalar Group Marketing team, build trust, and relationships with Whalar Group colleagues, brands, partners, talent, and platforms.
  • Consistently test and learn new social platforms and best practices; make strategic recommendations for new approaches, channels, and campaigns that help drive business goals.
  • Daily communication with the Whalar Group Marketing team on digital marketing initiatives, including best practices and assisting with presentation decks and strategy plans, in conjunction with other channels and team members.
  • Understand brand, vision, values, and structure and how they relate to project goals and work collaboratively with others to achieve the best results.
