About the Role & Responsibilities:

As the Head of Brand and Content Marketing, you will be responsible for defining Podium’s brand strategy, working with the product team to develop and bring to market new products that connect college to career, developing messaging that connects to college students and drives enrollment into our programs, and developing an on-campus ambassador program.                                                                      


Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will:

  • Do research to inform our brand and product strategy

  • Define Podium’s brand positioning and messaging

  • Work with product to develop, position, and bring to market new products that meet the needs of college students looking to build their careers

  • Run a campus ambassador program to build awareness, familiarity, and trust among college students and campus administrators

  • Develop campaign and messaging strategies for each student recruitment window across landing pages, email, SMS, and on-campus marketing

  • Develop the strategy to build four-year value-added relationships with students during their college experience

  • Manage Podium’s website and student-facing social media channels

  • Partner with product on our outcomes and testimonials to ensure these key elements are included in our marketing materials 

  • Lead a team of designers, content creators, and the ambassador program leader
