Summary:

The Internal Communications and Events Planning Manager is responsible for driving effective internal communication and events on a global level. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies, create engaging content, and plan and manage internal events that drive better company alignment and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in internal communications and events management, with experience in developing and implementing communication plans, managing internal events, and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications or events management

  • Strong track record of success in developing and implementing communication plans

  • Experience in managing internal events

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and internal communication tools

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $109, 00-$191,000.

In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
