Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative whose main objective will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing shipments online and over the phone, providing on-time updates to customers, entering data, printing and distributing order confirmations, solving issues and following up, providing excellent service to external and internal customers.
