About the position

We are seeking an experienced beauty advisor that is passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance-driven ingredients. The ideal candidate will be an example and advocate of the ILIA lifestyle and a champion of our in-store presence and client experience. Strong communication skills are critical for this candidate as it will enable them to educate the store teams on our unique point of difference. This role is open to candidates located in the Noblesville, Indiana metropolitan area and reports into the Sales, Artistry & Education Executive, Ohio River Valley. As a Sales and Education Advisor, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding sales goals as determined by ILIA through store visits for support, events, and relationship building. You will coordinate your store visit schedule with your manager and strategize plans to achieve sales goals while executing corporate initiatives. Creating a monthly calendar to support focus doors and achieve sales goals is essential. You will need superior selling skills with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals, as well as effective and engaging training skills that deliver consistent sales results. In addition to sales, you will educate store teams on hero products to increase the beauty advisors' ability to recommend products to clients and drive retail sales. Developing brand advocates in stores by training them on key selling and service behaviors that drive sales, building relationships with clients, and growing loyalty will be part of your responsibilities. You will also track and monitor event sales impact and initiate innovative ways to impact sales and drive retail results. Training all retail associates, inter-sell associates, and freelancers on all brand products and the appropriate selling skills needed to achieve sales goals will be crucial. You will activate the store visit calendar, recap store successes, opportunities, and action plans post-visit in T-Sheets, and provide detailed weekly recaps of business opportunities, callouts, and celebrations. Regular communication with your manager via status calls, preparing updates as directed, and collaborating with store leadership regarding brand opportunities will be necessary. You must have a reliable form of transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. The role requires exceptional time management and communication skills, the ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours, and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed sales goals as determined by ILIA through store visits for support, events, and relationship building.
