Job Responsibilities

  • You equip associates with the skills required to succeed
  • You own the training and upskilling of your team
  • Including ULearn completion/Academy app training and follow up
  • You do the work in your area
  • You take care of customers
  • You demonstrate end-to-end ownership of your area, helping to drive productivity and results
  • You facilitate the Daily Huddle when the Team Lead is out, and participate in daily meetings with your team
  • You maintain high standards, adopt new initiatives, keep your area clean, and help to execute flawlessly
  • You support and motivate others
  • You communicate with your teammates in a professional manner
  • You solve problems
  • You are permitted to carry store keys but are not issued a permanent set
  • You may be Manager on Duty in the absence of Team Lead or Coach

Salesfloor Team

Mission: Execute the availability process and own SWAS

  • The team attends the daily huddle to understand the plan for the day
  • The team SWARMs the freight as needed
  • The team provides customer service
  • The team performs pinpoint and price changes
  • The team receives and stages live deliveries
  • The team owns SWAS planning
  • The team prepares and sets modulars
  • The team will VizPick bins and stock picks
  • The team shops feature to home
  • The team zones on all shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
