What you’d be doing:

  • Assess organizational development needs and provide partnership and support in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, talent assessment, and change management.
  • Own and drive workforce talent strategies in support of business priorities to include understanding and knowledge of key talent and critical roles within the business, and creating succession plans to ensure each business area has the quality and robust bench strength for key positions with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Play a key role in supporting business transformation projects and initiatives within each business area where there is an identified need from a people/organizational strategy perspective.
  • Build relationships with leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Create specific plans supporting people-related strategies and initiatives to support the department’s needs, identify opportunities, and enhance operational strengths and performance across the business unit.
  • Understand and interpret financial and operational terms and initiatives to capture the needs of the client group being served to deliver effective people processes, training, and support.
  • Leverage data and analytics to decipher raw data directly and translate it into actionable insights with a strategic plan.
  • Coach and mentor members of the People Business Partner team to help drive key people programs.
  • Develops and supports DE&I initiatives to provide a fair and consistent organizational culture.
  • Provide effective direction, counsel, and advice to leaders on the interpretation and application of HR policy and practice, employment, and labor laws (i.e., EEOC, ADA, FMLA) in partnership with the Director, ER & Compliance
  • Process and program owner for leadership & development initiatives.
  • Support business units with HR administrative support and assistance when needed
  • Enter any departmental and job changes in the HRIS system when needed.
