Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On

  • Support the handling of escalated or complex cases involving the administration of benefits
  • Resolve complex benefit inquiries/issues generated by Customer Success and Sales teams within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Partner with our Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to improve systems and resolve issues
  • Lead feature requests and use-cases to improve backend functionality by working closely with Engineering stakeholders
  • Participate in internal and regulatory audits of partners, products, and systems
  • Build out and maintain internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, process documentation, etc.)
  • Lead new-hire training for the Associates position
  • Support day-to-day relationship with third party partner including relaying weekly operational issues, feedback, and questions
  • Work closely with third party partner to resolve escalated issues and raise up recurrent problems or system changes
  • Work with internal teams and third party partner to track and administer all recurring processes in adherence with deadlines
  • Consistently evaluate current processes and create new policies and documentation surrounding plan maintenance and servicing guidelines
  • Manage loan volume processing to ensure accurate payroll deductions
  • Process all retirement plan documents and maintain corresponding retirement document repository
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans + 401(k) required
  • Vendor management experience preferred
  • QKA, RPF certification, or equivalent strongly preferred
  • SQL knowledge a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with great time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally

The base wage range for this remote position is targeted at $61,750.00 to $67,925.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
