As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a VP of Marketing to drive growth, build brand affinity, and expand our market leadership. This role requires a strategic and data-driven leader who can balance performance marketing with brand storytelling, customer insights, and lifecycle engagement to accelerate revenue growth.

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that fuels customer acquisition, penetration and awareness. This leader will oversee all aspects of marketing, including performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, PR, content, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling DTC brands, is well-versed in digital growth levers, and can blend data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling. They should also have experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams, working cross-functionally with product and sales, and optimizing full-funnel marketing.

    • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in growth stage DTC, home services or consumer tech industries.
    • Proven ability to scale marketing spend while improving efficiency (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
    • Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and lifecycle marketing.
    • Experience collaborating with and enabling sales teams with high-impact marketing materials.
    • Experience with data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics tools.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional storytelling ability with a customer-first mindset.A strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and execute when needed.
    • Passion for outdoor living and an understanding of its benefits.
