Job Description


The Associate Contracts Manager is responsible for governing commercial contracts, primarily for SaaS products served from the United States licensed by US and non-US educational and government institutions, supporting the sales cycle, giving advice and guidance which enables operational effectiveness for both our Direct and Indirect sales channels.

  • Work with multiple department leaders to address business, financial, insurance and legal terms in contracts with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Review commercial and vendor agreements to understand risks, consequences, and impacts, escalating where applicable.
  • Draft and process contract extensions and addenda as required.
  • Provide governance on contract approval and execution to ensure deals are closed appropriately.
  • Interact with Finance and relevant professional services to ensure the proper treatment of special financial arrangements particular to different trading countries.
  • Support the Proposals team in tender and RFP processes, particularly regarding contractual responses, data privacy and risk assessment. Partner with participating departments on bid decisions.
  • Train sales and support staff on contracting processes and common legal questions.

  • Previous experience of working within an international company/with non-US customers
  • Experience with SFDC
  • Experience with Ironclad or other contract management system

Additional Information


The expected annual base salary range 
for this position is: $64,275/year to $107,125/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based.
As a Remote-First company, actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
