Who we are:

Builders Network is on a mission to equip a majority of Americans to overcome toxic polarization and effectively solve our toughest problems. We tackle this challenge by illuminating the causes and effects of toxic polarization; demonstrating what it looks like when citizens, elected officials, and other leaders work across lines of difference to solve problems; and activating Americans with proven methods, skills, and inspiration to become more effective problem solvers. In addition to more than 3.2 million followers committed to constructively engaging across lines of difference and solving problems in their own lives and communities, Builders is supported by 260+ ideologically diverse leaders across a variety of industries — from business, entertainment, and sports to faith, academia, and national defense. Our distributed, remote team strives to co-create a workplace grounded in our values of curiosity, compassion, and courage. Our organization moves quickly, with opportunities to execute big, bold ideas and to be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and relentlessly solutions-oriented as we navigate a deeply complex social and political challenge by iteratively testing new models and learning as we go. Successful team members are creative, possessing the ability to proactively generate ideas both independently and collaboratively. We are each accountable for our results and how those are achieved.
