Machine Shop Supervisor (2nd Shift) ID - 13579

We are a high end aerospace style manufacturing facility with an expertise in RF Transmission assemblies and communication devices. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated 2nd Shift Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our 2nd shift machine shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong machining knowledge and leadership skills, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage machine shop employees and provide ongoing leadership and training.
• Plan and schedule daily production activities and meet manufacturing targets for our RF Transmitter assembly production line.
• Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols within the shop environment.
• Oversee programming tasks related to CNC machines and other automated equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a machine shop setting, RF Transmitter experience a BIG plus.
• 3 years in a leadership role in a machine shop.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and operating CNC machinery safely and effectively.
• Shop math skills for measurements, calculations, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.
