Becoming a Team Member:

 


We seek a data-driven, creative, and strategic Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across all performance channels. This role is responsible for managing full-funnel paid media campaigns focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proven experience scaling paid media strategies for DTC brands.

 


Responsibilities:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with direct experience managing affiliate programs, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or DTC space.
  • Proven track record of managing paid social, search, display, and affiliate campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV, and the ability to tie them to larger business goals.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, affiliate programs, and performance dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, testing strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; able to thrive cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Must be available to work 40 hours a week
  • Including weekends and Holidays.
  • Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
  • Los Angeles based candidates preferred, remote position will be considered.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 85,000 USD per year(HQ)
