<p>We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Surgical Tech / Materials Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance and facility needs. This hands-on role involves basic repairs, upkeep of building systems, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring site remains safe, functional, and presentable. You'll be our go-to person for anything that needs fixing or improving in preparation for the surgery center planned opening.</p>

<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p>

<li><strong>LOCATION:</strong> Rancho Cucamonga, CA</li>
<li><strong>JOB TYPE:</strong> Full-Time (40 hours per week); direct hire; permanent employee</li>
<li><strong>POSITION:</strong> Entry level to mid-level</li>
<li><strong>SCHDEULE:</strong> Monday - Friday (hours TBD)</li>
<li><strong>PAY RATE:</strong> Depends on Experience ($30.00 - $32.00 per hour)</li>
<li><strong>START DATE:</strong> Immediately</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Facility Setup & Management:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate the design, layout, and organization of clinic spaces (exam / surgical rooms, waiting areas, administrative offices).</li>
<li>Ensure the procurement and installation of medical equipment, furniture, office supplies, and services.</li>
<li>Attend all center meetings and contribute to the development and attainment of company goals.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Compliance & Licensing:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and safety standards.</li>
<li>Responsible to maintain sterilizer and biomedical testing</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Vendor & Supplier Coordination:</strong></p>

<li>Liaise with vendors for medical supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts & ensure timely delivery / installation of all necessary materials & services.</li>

<p><strong>Scrubbing Duties:</strong></p>

<li>Responsible for preparing the operating rooms and assisting with the surgical scrub.</li>
<li>Responsible for providing the surgeon with necessary instruments and supplies.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Performs other related duties as assigned within the scope of the practice. </strong></p>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Surgical Tech diploma from a college required</li>
<li>Bachelors degree preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in healthcare environment.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to managing complex tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to work and interact with department and client organizations.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and time management skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including healthcare professionals, vendors, and administrative staff.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p>

<li>Hands-on, physical role with occasional lifting, bending, installations and ladder use.</li>
