We are seeking a Product Design Manager - Ops to lead our design system, Watson, and drive operational excellence across our design teams.

Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve Watson, our design system
• Lead and manage a team of three product designers
• Oversee project management for the design system
• Drive operational excellence in design practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design strategy
• Facilitate adoption and education of the design system
• Advocate for design quality and operational scalability
• Ensure seamless integration of design system components

Requirements:
• Portfolio showcasing design systems experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Deep expertise with Figma and design system tools
• Strategic mindset focused on scalability and efficiency
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Understanding of systems thinking and design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with data-informed decision-making
• 6+ years of experience in interaction design
