Responsibilities

  • Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties and providing feedback.
  • Train associates on processes and procedures related to member service and ecommerce operations.
  • Conduct safety sweeps and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
  • Oversee operations of ecommerce programs, including Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Audit online customer feedback and identify trends to support management in implementing solutions.
  • Execute the Sam's Club Pickup plan by updating operations with key performance indicators and ensuring order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies in the club by evaluating performance and implementing process improvements.
  • Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues.
  • Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies.
  • Oversee the picking and staging of club pick up orders throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
