Welcome our customers and their children with excitement into our swim school and assist families with current enrollments and new registrations for swim lessons. This role is for candidates with a passion for relationship building with all ages and strong communication skills.

What to Expect:

  • Enroll students in lessons, collect payments and manage administrative responsibilities
  • Complete curriculum training to become knowledgeable on the product and provide exceptional experiences for children and families
  • Use creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges with customers
  • Attend paid training and development opportunities
  • Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Want more out of your workday? Extra hours are available and preference is given to customer service staff who are cross-trained as a swim instructor!
  • Replace the gym with work! Standing for periods of time, moving around our facility, and lifting merchandise are all expected parts of the job

Starting Pay Rate: $11-13 per hour
