Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join our team at DC Paving & Concrete, Inc. This position is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our construction projects. The Roller Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to compact asphalt and concrete surfaces, contributing directly to the success of our construction operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate roller equipment to compact asphalt and concrete surfaces effectively.
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on roller equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with crew members to coordinate tasks on construction sites.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
