Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets ID - 14239

About the position

Koch Global Treasury is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their Capital Markets team in Wichita, KS. This role involves providing analytical and communication support to enhance Koch's funding strategies and maintain relationships with key external partners. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing the Commercial Paper market, optimizing funding processes, and preparing reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide backup support to the daily issuance of Commercial Paper to meet Koch's funding needs.
  • Analyze the Commercial Paper market along with macroeconomic events to benchmark the effectiveness of Koch's issuance process.
  • Continuously evaluate enhancements to our short-term funding strategies and framework.
  • Maintain relationships with Commercial Paper dealers and ensure documentation and fees are up to date.
  • Provide insight and prepare reporting to senior leadership about various short-term capital markets performance and initiatives.
  • Research the growing ESG finance market and its development in Treasury and Capital Markets.
  • Optimize Koch's Letter of Credit portfolio and coordinate Trade Finance needs.
  • Make full use of technology and analytics to drive more efficient processes in Capital Markets.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Background studying finance, accounting, and/or economics or related work experience in the field.
  • Experience communicating verbally or presenting to stakeholders, vendors or team members.
