Salesforce, ranked by Forbes seven years running as the "World's Most Innovative Company" is seeking a talented, organized, and analytically minded global performance manager to help ensure the success of our Real Estate and Workplace Services data and AI strategy.


Role Description:
The Global Performance Manager will be responsible for the required tools, processes, and data in support of applications on our CMMS platform. This position will be the primary business owner and accountable for oversight related to CMMS technologies. Working closely with the Global Workplace Service teams, Technology and Data Insights(TEDI), and Business Technologies, this position will identify the appropriate tools, technologies, and resources to ensure success of the Real Estate and Workplace Service data strategy. This position will identify, gain alignment around and complete process improvements using technology to ensure timely, consistent and accurate data. The Global Performance Manager will be responsible for global alignment, CMMS reporting, including the development of dashboards and other appropriate data integrations to support Real Estate and Workplace Services.

Responsibilities:

* Develop strong working knowledge of CMMS tools and processes; be the subject matter expert for CMMS tools and integration of business processes within Real Estate and Workplace Services
* Optimize process and performance through adoption of the CMMS, drive detailed global standard reactive and preventative maintenance programs through the tool
* Define and supervise KPIs and critical reporting, partner with the technology product owner to scale operations through the use of the CMMS technology
* Own processes, guidelines and standards and drive alignment across our global portfolio as it related to CMMS
* Own and handle the relationships with current CMMS technologies partners; oversee all implementations, enhancements and upgrades to ensure global alignment
* Document, maintain, and drive improvements in current CMMS processes; identify areas of opportunity to use expanded CMMS technologies
* Develop strategy to expand on data measures via technologies (badging systems, sensors, etc) and processes to collect, analyze and take action based on this data
* Accountable for data governance processes related to CMMS tools
* Develop appropriate data reporting processes; assist with the development of dashboards and other enhanced reporting to provide ease of data access
* Provide guidance and training for REWS team members related to the CMMS tools and technologies
* Explore enhancement opportunities with internal TEDI team and other industry leading technologies

Required Experience/Skills:

* 5-7 years of professional experience in space planning and occupancy strategy, with emphasis on data analytics
