Compensation - $180,000 base commensurate with experience.

Home Based Location - Our crew members can live anywhere within 2 hours to an airport in the lower 48

Schedule - We offer schedule options including 8/6 and 15/13. Travel days are included in your rotation!

Pay Scale - We offer a pay scale that provides all pilots with known raises for each year of service.

Company Credit Cards and Per Diem - All crews are issued company credit cards for hotels, rental cars, etc., and crews are paid per diem of $65 domestic and $95 international for meal expenses.

Exceptional Overtime and Holiday/Birthday and Anniversary Pay - Your days off are yours! If you chose to work extra days on either end of your rotation, we pay for that. Does your rotation have you away from family and friends on a holiday? We pay for that, too. We are your advocates for balancing work with life, so when you have to miss a holiday or choose to work extra, we'll cover that.

We are looking for pilots with a solid record of safety, stability, and experience in both domestic and international operations. All pilots must be career-driven, dependable, and exhibit superior customer service with excellent communication skills. Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Challenger variants and candidates with a strong 135 background. We are truly looking for long term pilots who want to continue to upgrade and grow with us!
