Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Start with a competitive salary ranging from $30,000 to $55,000 annually.
  • Commission Structure: You get commission on every single job you do no matter what. You can earn commissions up to 22.5% of the gross profits your truck generates for the month. Current top earners make $9,000 -$14,000 in monthly commissions.
  • Healthcare: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. We cover 50% of the cost, with an average monthly cost of $200 and a $3,000 max deductible.
  • Paid Time Off: Enjoy up to 31 days paid off time a year Earn more as you move up through the ranks. This includes numerous paid holidays, including a break from December 24th through January 2nd.
